(5-pound) pork loin
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup real maple syrup
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup brown sugar

1) Place the roast into a large resealable bag.
2) In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, vinegar, maple
syrup, cornstarch, and brown sugar. Pour into the bag with the roast. Seal,
and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
3) Preheat the oven to 350˚ F.
