2 small or 1 large tart apples
Juice of 1 lemon
1 heaped cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons curry powder, or more or less to your taste
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 rotisserie chicken, cut or hand-torn into small chunks
3 ribs celery, chopped
1/3-1/2 cup raisins
Salt and pepper
Large flour tortillas, colored if you’d like

1) Peel, core, and dice the apple. Toss the apple with the lemon juice in a bowl to prevent discoloration.
2) Mix the mayonnaise with the curry powder and Worcestershire sauce.
3) Mix together the chicken, apple-lemon mixture, seasoned mayonnaise, celery, and raisins, stirring well to coat all pieces. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4) Lay out your tortillas and spoon one-quarter of the chicken salad in the third of the tortilla nearest you. Roll up the tortilla, folding in its ends as you go.
