   Romantic Picnic for Two   
Lobster Salad
Serves 2
  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon malt vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

    1) Mix everything together in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
