If, within the first 30 days of your purchase you are not completely satisfied with your order then return it for full refund. Item must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We’re sorry but shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Sorry, no returns are accepted after 30 days.

Many of Picnic-Basket.com's products are covered by LIFETIME Manufacture Warranties. Lifetime warranted products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. These warranties apply when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damage caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, accidents or neglect.
