1 cup sour cream
3 to 4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
Fresh mint
4 cups mixed seasonal fruit, such as peaches, blueberries, and plums

1) In a small bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and ginger. Whip vigorously until cream is light and fluffy.
2) Dollop over the mixed fruit in a transportable container.
