1/4 cup tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice or rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce (look for “siraccha” or “sambal” in an Asian market) or Tabasco

1) Heat peanut butter and hoisin in microwave or over medium heat, stir together, and add hot sauce, starting with 1/4 teaspoon and adding more to suit your palate. Stir in water as needed to get the desired consistency.
