2 pints strawberries, washed and hulled, plus 4 sliced strawberries for garnish
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup buttermilk
Pinch salt

1) In a food processor, process the 2 pints strawberries with the sugar.
2) Add the wine, buttermilk, and salt. Blend until smooth, transfer to a container, and chill.
3) Garnish each serving with a few slices of strawberry.
